Service Description

Reiki or Japanese energy healing, involves a practitioner opening energy channels to help a client heal themselves from within. It has holistic applications of all kinds including pain relief, improving outcomes pre/post surgery, to deliver comfort for palliative/hospice care, as a supplemental mental health treatment, and for all-around general wellbeing. People and pets can benefit from this personalized service, however, each session is best completed one participant at a time. If you and your pet both need a session, please schedule these separately. Have you had a reiki session before? If so, you likely received Western Reiki, wherein no touch is needed between client and practitioner for the service to be conducted. Jikiden Reiki is best delivered in-person and hands-on. Gentle bodily percussion at the end of the session helps the energy continue to circulate within the body after it is received.
